Why YouTube
Why this is worth doing at all.
-
Leads while you sleep
One good video keeps bringing customers for months. It works the hours you don't.
-
Trust you can't buy with ads
Face, voice, expertise. The kind of credibility a paid placement never earns.
-
An audience that is yours
Subscribers and email contacts you own, not reach you rent from an algorithm.
-
A stage for your products
Product integration that reads as a recommendation rather than an interruption.
Really liked working with Chris and Tom, they are really passionate about storytelling.
The strategy
We build a library, not a bonfire.
Not one viral hit. A catalogue that keeps working years after it was shot.
-
01
Every video is an asset
Search-driven instead of feed-dependent. It earns views over years, not days.
-
02
One hit lifts the library
New viewers immediately find the next ten. They stay, they subscribe, they buy.
-
03
Reach that compounds
More videos, more entry points. The catalogue grows with every upload.
How it runs
How it actually runs.
From first pilot to a delivery date you can plan around.
-
01
Pilot
One video. You test quality and timing before committing to anything.
-
02
Brand assets
Design theme, thumbnails and motion, so episodes feel like one show.
-
03
Script consulting
Scripts and titles sharpened together, so watchtime works from second ten.
-
04
Batched shoot days
The month's videos in two or three days. The rest of your month stays yours.
-
05
Delivery on the date
Finished video plus thumbnail, ready to upload, on the day we agreed.
Honestly
Three things you should know first.
-
01
It is a long game
YouTube grows over years, not months. If you need results this quarter, paid media is the honest answer, not us.
-
02
The person on camera is 60% of it
No edit rescues a take with no energy in it. It is the one part we cannot do for you.
-
03
Not every video will land
Sometimes the topic simply misses, and the video is still good. Consistency beats luck over a full year.
Scope & questions
What's in it, clearly drawn.
- Format
- Three to five minutes per video.
- Volume
- Two videos a month, across two to three shoot days. Extra days €450–600.
- Revisions
- Two rounds per video included.
- Term
- Three months minimum, then month to month.
Do we have to be on camera ourselves?
Someone from your side does, yes, and it matters more than any other decision in the project. A real person with actual expertise outperforms a polished presenter every time. If nobody internally wants to do it, tell us early and we will talk about formats that work without a face.
We have no scripts. Is that a problem?
No. On the retainer we consult on scripts and titles with you; on Full Service we write them. Either way you are never handed a blank page and asked to fill it.
How long before it pays off?
Expect the first six months to be building, not harvesting. Search-driven videos keep accumulating views, so the catalogue usually starts producing steady enquiries somewhere in the second half of year one. Anyone promising faster than that is guessing.
Who owns the footage and the videos?
You do. Full rights for paid and organic use on every channel, in perpetuity. Your files live in your drive, not ours.
Can we start without a long commitment?
That is exactly what the pilot is for: one fully produced video, no minimum term. You see the quality, the process and the timing, then decide.
